Success story with a Major Concrete Tiles Manufacturer : Together towards the "green"

BIOMOLDOL 7 is a high performance and environmentally-friendly lubricant for concrete tile demoulding operations. The story started in Germany in 1995, when our customer required a tailor made product to replace the traditional demoulding agents, with stringent specifications: biodegradable oil, Blue angel label, good demoulding performance and high quality finishing of concrete tiles.

TOTAL technical expertise in this domain led to the development of BIOMOLDOL 7. After an extensive trial, the benefits were clear :

• Better demoulding compared with conventional products
• Excellent surface quality, without dust
• Extended life time for the moulds due to cleaning effect on the moulds
• Consumption reduction down to 2.5 g/tile
• Competitive performance/price ratio
• Better environment protection due to biodegradability and lower VOC emissions
• Better working conditions, no smell, no irritations

BIOMOLDOL 7 plays a major part in our clients' environmental, hygiene and workplace - safety policy. It is today successfully used among the most efficient concrete tile production plants in Europe and continues to grow worldwide.
